idk what from this 3 things did the job but i will write it here:
In windows command console (with admin rights)
sfc /scannow
+
chkdsk c: /F /R (check disk after restart)
+
i turned on CPU Virtualisation in BIOS
Maybe it helps someone :)
Chkdsk is related to hdd problems
How long you have been using your hard drive and if its more then 6 years yours is maybe dying backup ur data
