A simple google might have helped you here. If you want to use it in Win7 (why are you using Win7 anyway?) then you cannot use anything later than Blender 2.9.2 or earlier. From 2.9.3 it no longer supports Win 7 - Neither does Microsoft. Either grab an older copy from Blender.org, or Right Click on your Blend Icon in Steam Library, select Properties then Betas. You can choose the version from the Dropdown list to the top right. Personally,I would suggest dumping Windows 7.

What are your system sepcs?

Read my reply. System specs has nothing to do with it. No Blender Version after 2.92 will not run on Windows 7.

Don't use blender on Win 7 unless it's an older version. Also steam no longer supports Windows 7 or earlier as of Jan 1st, 2024 so you will most likely run into even more issues later on. Upgrade to Windows 11. Also what is your specs as you might just need a new computer unless your running windows 7 on newer hardware
