Blender Addons

Hello, would anyone happen to know how to reset blenders add-on list back to default and remove add-ons that you added?

Use File - Load Factory Settings to set Blender back to install condition. This will leave the plugins in the plugin folders but all except the ones that are active when you first installed Blender will be turned off.
You can turn them on or off as you require them using the Plugin manager in User Prefs.

If you want to permanately delete plug ins that you installed using Install from Files option of the plug in manager, go to your C:\users\{USERNAME}\AppData\Roaming\Blender Foundation\Blender\{BLENDERVERSION}\scripts\addons and delete the folders and files there.
