Yeah but this in noway makes Blender look like Maya.
In Maya you have a GUI with all sorts of icons like tons of icons all in a nice perfect order that is user friendly and eye catchy.
There is noway changing the preset in Blender to Maya will ever achieve this.

there is noway changing anything in Blender will achieve that.
Funny thing is, Blender has actually received the overhaul you are speaking of. It has in fact been brought more in line with programs like Maya and Max. It used to look like this. http://picup.oliverlamm.de/files/IMG_1191491823_ulore_aol.com.jpg
The problem is you, not the software. Blender's interface is fine. You're just not flexible, not willing to learn and study and that's a death sentence for an artist. Sorry :)
Once I used Blender more, I found that it really wasn't that bad once you learned how it works rather than try to make it work like the others. Also, learning the hotkeys makes it even easier and faster to work with Blender.
The Blender UI is quite nasty looking by default but can be configured to look better than any other 3D program on the market, IMO. Changing the DPI (User Preferences > System > top left of the screen) can help to make icons and text larger and easier on the eyes. You can also make your own theme (which is what I'm doing) or you can find a theme on the Blender Artists forum and tweak it to your taste.
The main point is stick with it and don't let the inital appearance and complexity put you off.
Is there preset for Cinema 4D? :3
Yeah I also find Cinema 4D is a trillion times easier to use than Blender.
This is my first time actually going to get a 3D software, I don't have to worry about prices because I can get any software for free.
IF this is true why then everybody is still using Maya and 3DS?
And you can get those software for free just download the student version. If exporting assets it leaves no indentification that anything was created with a student copy.
And student copies are the full thing now.
