"Another noise tool" disappears and I don't know how to get it back
I am an extreme newbie and ridiculously excited to learn how to make some graphics, and I am trying to follow a youtube tutorial https://youtu.be/YwDj4bs4bSY to help me get started. I am trying to create a water flow, and am using a landscape with a river to help me to do that. However, if I left-click off the ANT window, it vanishes. I need to know how to get it back please without having to make a new landscape.

Thanks a lot.

You can hit F9, but only as long as you didn't change anything or added a new object.
If F9 doesn't work you cannot bring it back and have to create a new one.

Thanks a lot for replying. Why does it happen though? With Vegas Pro, I can go back and edit/adjust anything I want. Once I have a river all planned out, and want to go back and adjust the dimensions, how do I do that? Thank you

Because the "landscape" is just a mesh and that screen is just the initialization for that mesh (i.e. how it is built in the beginning). If you want to change it later you have to use the usual mesh editing techniques by moving vertices or sculpting or whatever.

Blender is not a landscaping tool, so the functionality you want simply isn't there. Maybe there is an addon for that, but it's probably best to create your landscape elsewhere and then import it if you want to adjust it a lot.

Cheers for your time...appreciate it. I've only been learning for 1 day, so a long way to go. I am really only interested in creating a "water/fluid flow along a path", and assumed I needed the landscape to do that. I am watching lots of tutorials. While I have your attention though...are there any free pre-made water flow projects I can download and alter in Blender to suit my needs?

I don't know, sorry, I never looked for one.
But the tutorial you linked above looks like what you want, why not just follow it?

Because I'm such a noob! I am going to today though (3rd time lucky). I did the honey animation last night, which was Ok, but a bit dark. One more question please. If I get fed up with it, where do I go to pay someone to create what I want?
