Rigify generate issue
So I'm trying to generate rigs with the human meta-rig's, I'm getting some strange issues where it seems like I'm getting duplicate bones and/or mis-placed bones.

Basically I get my Rig folder after generating bones from the Meta-rig but tons of WGT bones seem to be outside the Rig folder while it seems like there is normal bones inside the Rig Folder.

The one's outside the folder seem to be called WGT bone's. I'm pretty sure this shouldn't happen since I've seen enough video's where this doesn't happen, even had friends having the same problem.

Not sure why this occurring, not really sure what's causing this, is there any way to avoid this happening?, it does seem like a mess with all the WGT files showing up.

I have only moved bones while applying the Armature X-mirror, haven't deleted or added any extra bones so I'm pretty confused as to why this acting strange, I didn't do anything like scaling them.

The WGT prefixed things are custom bone shape widgets generated by the script so the control bones appearance gives a hint at what they do. The shapes have to be an actual object in the scene, but they usually exist on the last layer of a blend file to try and keep them out of the way. If they are showing up in your outliner (in the upper right hand side of the interface by default) you can change that to showing only things in the visible layers, so they aren't distracting.

Hope that helps!

I'm confused, I thought the WGT files weren't supposed to show up outside the 'Rig', even if I hide them they would still show up outside the Rig structure directionary. Even if I remove the layers they would still up all over the place and it makes it look messy, which can make create a sort of overflow of the items:

And from what I can gather the indiviual WGT items just looks like duplicates of the generated rig. I understand about putting certain things on layers but this seems like a Rigify glitch.
