Weird new dividing lines between mesh.
here is a picture. the two mesh are separate objects there is some black line between them like an outline preventing me from seeing if the normal properly align. how do i hide that?

It is not a bad normal or anything liek that it's something to do with viewing options. this is slowing down my entire project.

Those are neither weird nor new. Go to material preview or rendered shading if you want to see it without outlines.

Also, come on man, that's the worst screenshot I've ever seen.

Bit late, but in the viewport shading options dropdown next to the shading mode options, there is an option for outlines in the solid view menu, you can untick it to remove the outlines around individual objects inside the solid shading view.
