Report a translation problem
1. Tell broadly what you want to achieve.
2. Tell what exactly you did.
3. Tell what didn't work, including useful information like a screenshot of the modifier settings and the result.
4. Ask an actual question.
Here's how not to:
1. Rant about a feature you don't understand being "horrible".
2. Rant about second unrelated feature that you used instead and don't understand either.
3. (Optional) Show completely pointless screenshot void of any information.
4. Expect... what exactly?
Unfortunately your posts are often the latter. including this one. Try again.
Also, since you apparently want to deform a mesh, how about simply spending some time to understand the principles, maybe watching a tutorial on deforming meshes, instead of going on a tangent with nurbspath and then being frustrated.
