Circular dents
Hi all!
Tell me, please, how to make in object several identical and circular dents? I used "Inset Faces" to create rectangular dents in concrete fence section, as this:

But I can't to grasp, as I can rounded these dents, as (for example) this:

I tried "Subdivision Surface", but ineffectually. Modificator Bevel work to entire object. I'm sure there is an easy way to do it, but how?

Здравствуйте!
Подскажите, пожалуйста, как на объекте сделать сразу несколько одинаковых и округлых вмятин. Я использовал "Inset Faces" для прямоугольных вмятин в секции бетонной стены, как здесь:

Но я никак не соображу, как скруглить эти вмятины, чтобы они были например как здесь:

Пробовал "Subdivision Surface", но не получилось. Модификатор Bevel действует сразу на весь объект. Я уверен, есть простой способ это сделать, :) но как?

tbh subdivison surface should work and set the object to smooth, or u can try sculpt it, or u can try to extrude a UV-sphere and use Boolean Intersect Tool

Create a circular dome shape, place it on your model but keep it as its own object. Create a boolean modifier for the object you want the dent in and select difference from the boolean modifier drop down list, then select the dome shape as the target object and then apply the modifier. Hope this helps

If it does something funky just ctrl+z to go back. In that case you might have to switch which object you place the modifier onon.

Very thanks. As I see now, boolean modifier is best path. I can to make several copy from circular dome shape, and make several identical dents with one modifier.
