Any way of having a model rotated without distortion?
EDIT: For clarity I'm using an eye controller method that has the eyes point to a eye bone controller which can easily be moved around to get the eyes to point where I want them to. While working on my comic book style character, while I was rigging the eyes to focus on a one of the bones for an easy way of being able to change where they look, I notice the eyes will become distorted if I move said bone too far up or down, but for the most part it's fine at the sides. the easy fix would be to be able to rotate it without it changing the shape to an ellipse instead of a perfect sphere, I can't find a way of getting it to simply rotate in place, like it's suppose to. I've tried lowering the weight paint intensity. Any help would be appreciated.

It shouldn't distort at all. But I have no idea why it does. My best guess is a weight painting issue but without further information it's impossible to tell. Can you provide screenshots?

https://steamcommunity.com/id/GearSnack/images/ I checked throughly doesn't seem to directly be a issue with weight painting, I wonder if the bone's position is what causes it.

Also it only happens on certain axis, but always happens with rotations.

That link has no screenshot of the issue you are having.

Alright, I got the actual link. https://steamcommunity.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=2813815109 The main problem is that the eye is distorted into a shape that's not a sphere. EDIT: Here's my little botch at the solution to show what it'd idealy look like.

Okay, found the fix, my scale was completely screwed up, so I needed to apply scale, and deleted and all of the vertex groups it now works like it should.

That's good to hear because from your screenshots alone I couldn't have guessed at the problem anyways. ;)

But yeah, anytime something distorts in an unusual way, always take a look at the scaling first.
