What are those lines?
I was following guide about eyes rig and when I added bone constraint "Track to" my eyes got messed up. I manually searched for the best combination of track axis in the panel so the rig would work. I think it's because of these lines. Do you know what are they and how they appeared?

In that youtube video, the relationship lines were possibly deactivated by the user in advance. Bit of a personal preference. In general, they simply appear whenever you add relations betwween objects, such as Parent/ Child, Constraints, Paths etc. as a viual guide, but they don't have any influence outside of being some UI Element.

Do you mean the relationship line that a track to constraint adds as a visual guideline?

We are talking about the blue dotted line that shows the Constraint relation right?

IF you don't want to see these relationship lines, you can turn them OFF in the viewport overlays menu.
