Everything started to rotate around world origin.
I don't know why is that started to happen. I tried every transform pivot point and nothing seem to work. I just wanted to rotate the eyes :steamsad:

The eye that you rotated out of the body in screenshot 2, has it's origin point at the base of the model, so that's the pivot point it rotates around. if you want to rotate the eyeballs in the socket, you would do that in Edit Mode and use Bounding Box Center as the pivot point.

I'm not sure but since the model is already rigged, wouldn't you rotate the eyes using the bone controls for them.
In the first screenshot the model is in object mode, so it would rotate around it's origin, which happens to be world oirigin coincidentally.
The eye that you rotated out of the body in screenshot 2, has it's origin point at the base of the model, so that's the pivot point it rotates around. if you want to rotate the eyeballs in the socket, you would do that in Edit Mode and use Bounding Box Center as the pivot point.
