Stretch bones
https://youtu.be/EMvv0Hd3dw0

My problems is the bones that are technically normal for some models that I use but for some of them I have this trouble

So, I'm about 2.5 months fighting with this problem but I don't have any ideas how to fix it. I'm absolute newbie so yeah, it's hard enough for me. (Actually I've checked some themes but didn't find the solution properly)

And what is the problem exactly? That your arms and legs bone chains do stretch?

Yeah, I can't understand how can I fixate them and don't let them stretch to infinity

But why is this limit necessary at all? As far as I know, most rigs allow stretching - you just don't move bones to infinity. Why should something necessarily limit you?

But if I need a limit, then I use the Limit Distance constraint on the target IK bones. But the "anchor" bone, the one to which you limit the distance, should not be part of the IK chain, just as the target IK bone is not.

Well then, thank you for the answer!

Uh! and the last probably question is

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=jLBGemAezlw

So, the way that you told me is the same as in this model or kind of?

Maybe not exactly. IK chains by default do not stretch. And this is controlled in 2 places: for each bone separately and all IK chain stetching can be turned off in IK Constraint (Stretch flag).

add constraint copy location to the hand bone. make

target > armature
bone > forearm bone
select x, y & z axis
Make head/tail slide set to 1.
