Cloth Brush and such.

As far as organic 3d characters/creatures go, sculpting is literally just drawing, but in 3d.
Same principles apply, like knowing anatomy, working from big to small and breaking up complex forms into simple shapes, except that instead of circles and rectangles you're using spheres and cylinders. Drawing is faster to iterate and easier because you're not constrained by 3d technicalities.
Knowing what button to press to do "auto-retopo" or where the "cloth brush" is without actually knowing what cloth folds look like won't do you any good in terms of actually creating stuff, trying to run before you learn to walk and all that. All this stuff can be learned in an evening, it's the equivalent of knowing what store you can buy pencils from.
I did try to draw in RL a few times, but after never liking my results, I discovered that it really wasn't for me so I learned Blender and did this 3D stuff. I hope I won't run into the same issues with 3D drawing. If I find the time today then I'll try to follow one of these tutorials and just see where that goes. Thanks!
I often hear about graphic tablets too but I don't have the money and I'd first like to see if I have a hand for sculpting in general ^^
