MacOS minimum requirements
I really want to use Blender and get started as a beginner, but I haven't been able to open the app after installing it. I went into the local files and it said that MacOS 10.13 is required, but the store page said the minimum requirement was 10.12 (I have 10.12.6). Was this a mistake or did I do something wrong? Is there an older version that I could download that would be compatible?

No idea about Mac or Mac requirements but you could try downloading an older version via the "beta" feature of Steam (or from the blender.org site) and see whether the issue really is your OS version.
