How to use blender on vrchat avatars without using cats plugin?
I have an avatar that when using cats it breaks the avatar, I was wondering if anyone knows of a video that shows how to use blender without having to use cats or someone thats willing to teach me how to use it without cats?

I suspect that you cannot use it without using the cats plugin.

Edit: If you can do it without that plugin, it sounds like it is harder to do than it is to use the plugin.

You can use blender to edit avatar models for VRChat.
All CATS does is automate a lot of the tweaking that may (sometimes) be needed to get a well working avatar model from an MMD base.

If you know what you're doing when exporting models, you may not need CATS at all.

As for how, you will need to familiarize yourself with the export functions to get the correct setting for importing into Unity.
There are numerous guides on youtube and in other places that can show you how.

Unity uses FBX imports for Avatar creation (if I remember correctly) and Cats is not required to create FBXs. Cats however has a lot of tools that are beneficial, not only for VRChat Avatar creation, but modeling in general. I can't see how Cats is breaking your avatar. It has to be within your modeling process.
