Grease Pencil?

Note: I am too used to other art programs, like Fire Alpaca, Painter Corel, and Medibang Paint Pro.

I am a bit confused by the GP and have a ton of questions, like:

So, how do I use the bucket to color and color in general.

Where are the layers located.

How do I pick and choose colors.

Is there a magic wand.

How do I changed my pen (pencil, paintbrush, etc.)'s diameter.

A bit of a dumb question, because for now, this is too advance for me, how do I make tiny animations? (Besides, lines, I just have a vague idea of the animation process/workflow). (I try to watch CG Geek, but I got overwhelm).

So, how do I render a drawing? I tried rendering, but it doesn't come out as a JPEG or a PNG.
