how do i delete bones but keep the pose?

i want to delete the bones from a mesh but keep the pose. Any help would be great!

1. Make sure it is in the pose you want.
2. Go to the modifiers tab and apply the armature modifier.
3. Select the mesh and hit alt+p to clear the parent and keep transformations.
