Report a translation problem
Normals are fine, but I've found out that applying base mesh in multires modifier before baking helped with most of the artifacts but some of these stripes are still there. I guess it's a glitch.
I have used a combination of brushes- mainly draw, draw sharp, inflate and crease brush.
There are no clay strips lines on sculpted shirt, I didn't used that brush and even if I did I smoothed it out. More smoothing doesn't help either, these lines still appear after baking.
in edit mode, deselect all (wire view)
[menu]Select - Select all by trait - non manifold
check the mesh before trying to fix the texture.
