Cycles render black texture (help)
When i render with cycles appears a black texture in the front hair, but with eevee this dont happen, someone knows how to fix it?
The strange thing is that the hair is a single model, and it only happens in the front hair.

Its a XPS model (using XPS shader)

I have to say that im too noob with blender.

It looks like you haven't got the Alpha set up properly for the cycles render. The black is where the texture is transparent or translucent. That value is held in the Alpha Channel..

I fix it! i change the config in Render Properties > Lights Phats > Max Bounces > Transparency

I'll leave this in case someone has the same problem

Oh yeah...the explantion is simple...if you got multiple transparencies overlaid on top of each other you gotta make sure that the transparent rays actually have enough bounces to go through them all..otherwise they will cull to background/ black.

the same problem is happening with me when I add material, a strange black material appears at 1 point and the place where I add the material becomes transparent.

the version i use is 2.8.2

I would be glad if you throw a video about this problem.
