HELP PLEASE!!!
Ok ok so I just spent an hour posing all the fingers and stuff to a gun for a viewmodel animation. I take a little break to watch YouTube and I save my work and everything and close blender. I open back up my work after my break and it’s not posed? The arms in which I had spent hours posing or just straight and non posed to the gun. Surely there has to be some sort of button to press to get them back into the posed mode. Any help will be greatly appreciated maybe with a gift of some sort from a video game.

If you closed Blender without saving the blend file, there's nothing we can do for you. You have to repose or go through the auto-saves and see if there is one that has them partially posed and carry on from there.

Or if you were posing and making keyframes while posing, move the playhead to the end of you keyframes you created.

File - Recover - AutoSave, sort the files by date and look for the one from a second or 2 before the crash.

I really appreciate your comment but the arms are still straight and not correctly posed in how they were before I closed blender :/ I can screenshot it and upload it to my screenshots if you would like.

Ahh I see well I did save but I'll try to use all of my auto saves. It's not the biggest problem to repose everything. I really appreciate your help <3

As you pose, build a pose library or add keyframes so you can recover your poses. Save your Blend file often.
