Troubles with X-Ray Weight Painting
Hello... I'm having some serious issues with weight painting in Blender version 2.83. I stayed in version 2.79 for a while because of the animation lag (which is pretty important for me), but I found features useful in version 2.8, so I decided to update my version to 2.83 and deal with the lag. Not a problem... However, while I have figured out everything I needed to do, I can't figure out how to weight paint through vertexes. I am able to select through vertexes, just not paint...

I have tried many different things in Blender, I've looked on the internet for answers, I looked at the official documentations, but nothing is helping me. I don't know if I'm just dumb or they did a lot more changes from version 2.8 to version 2.83. Every answer I found seemed irrelevant to version 2.83. I'd be very glad if somebody knew the answer to my problem.

Thank you so much! I would have never thought about doing that...
I feel kind of dumb considering how easy that was... Eugh.

Well, no need to feel dumb, unfortunately it's not intuitive at all.
