Scaling a skeleton without scaling the model
How do i scale the skeleton of the model without scaling the body itself?

Take the armature into edit mode and scale it there.

You can disconnect the parenting and the armature modifier from the objects and then scale the armature in Object mode. BUT... Apply the location, rotation and scale transforms for all objects (including the armature) in the project that are associated with that armature before reconnecting it.
