i tried but its a zip folder full with ♥♥♥♥ ton of things what do i do?

extract the files then go to the folder where you put them look for blender.exe and open it.

Blender 2.8 is still experimental as far as I know, so don’t expect perfection. It’s still a few months away from release so expect a lot of improvements to come for stability.
