Disappearing objects
I have a 3d model of a car made, however when looking through the glass many objects disappear, the disappearing objects have one thing in common and that is that they were pasted as copies at one point and then modified, everything appears when rendered, but not in material view and I would like to find a way to make them reappear.

Neither. A game engine will have its own way to render stuff. There is no reason to expect it will have the same bug/issue that Blender seems to have here. No need to worry.

are you sure they are not hidden? i think you can press Alt+H to unhide all or in the object list make sure the eye icon next to them is selected.

You an see the objects from outside, just through the glass you can't

Try this: https://blender.stackexchange.com/questions/14674/how-do-i-make-a-transparent-material-display-in-the-3d-view

I don't know if that is for Blender Render or Blender Cycles, or if the settings are even different between the two modes. And you haven't mentioned what mode you are using either. My point is that if you are in a different mode in Blender then they are using in that link, the options you might need to tweak to have materials show transparency in the viewport could be slightly different.

Maybe is this bug ( https://blender.stackexchange.com/questions/57816/how-do-i-get-the-glare-node-to-output-transparent-instead-of-black-background/57824#57824 ), If you have alpha in the glass all behind the glass will disappear.

That is in cycles, I am using normal Blender render.

That isn't my aim.
Here are some screenshots, you can see the fact that certain parts disappear:

Maybe post your blend file so we can take a closer look at it? Your screenshots give no info whatsoever.

The bug affects the viewport, no matter which rendering engine you use (Blender Render, BGE or Cycles). (The post is from Cycles but I found other post with Internal and BGE)

Anyway, does it work when rendering? Well, turn off the glass and don't give it more importance. Something strange has happened to me in the viewport some time but in the final render it works so I deactivate it from the Viewport and I keep working, because otherwise, I lose a lot of time looking for the problem.

The render works fine, everything appears I was just concerned for what might happen should I export it into a game, would it look like the viewport or in the render.
The author of this thread has indicated that this post answers the original topic.
