Shape Keys with bones?
How I can make Shape Keys using bones? For example, rotating a jaw not moving only the verts of the jaw but also the bone that's attached to it.

Shapekeys are restricted to only the mesh. What you may be looking for is the Pose Library,

This is at least a start for you and others to look into. Ive not used Blender in a while, or at least as extensive as this, but at the very least, this is probably one way to approach it. Give it a look! If it isn't this, then try Googling "blender saving poses, using sliders to control" or something like that.

Or create driver so that Shape slider moves the bone as well

This guide also talks about the various ways to make shapekeys. Bones is one of them.
