Those are c4d files, which blender doesn't support, so you would have to use Cinema 4D. If you really want to use them with Blender, you could download the Cinema 4D free trial, import the c4d files, and export them as OBJ or FBX files for Blender.

I have used Cinema 4D for 4 years, the export to FBX or OBJ does not work very well, it usually fails a lot, incomplete models, textures and other similar faults, when I wanted to make the transfer of Cinema 4D models to Blender it was a disaster and what I did was to create again the models that interested me (I took advantage of it to learn how to use blender).

The demo version of Cinema 4D Studio if I remember correctly was very limited in some aspects including export. But I'm not sure, try it, you have a 30-day free trial and once it's completed you can not use it anymore, even updating the version. You have to pay. If you use an AMD graphics card, it may fail and you have a black screen. You must delete a line of code an XML file from the AMD driver (if it has not been fixed by AMD).

Cinema 4D is not like Blender or SFM, it's the same idea of 3D design but is for a professional level (movies), the Spiderman movies (ALL) I don't know why because it's the only movies in the MARVEL universe that is made with Cinema 4D (by SONY), the others are all with 3D MAX. The fact is that I started with Source Engine and Cinema 4D is exactly the same as the Source Engine (controls for modeling and camera movement "viewport") is very different from Blender or SFM. At least it is easy to use and has a PDF in more than 30 languages of about 800MB each one (optional to donwload) with all kinds of indications, guides, tutorials and explanations with examples. That would be fine in Blender, the PDF shows you what a render looks like in the minimum and maximum of each available option in C4D.

Test it...

Yes you can, only open the file in Cinema 4D, and then export in the format what you want (FBX, OBJ, etc...) and you have options to select what want to export, (Model, textures, materials, animation, keyframes, etc...) Is very easy to do, one button and select the options. Then go to blender and select import, in this point can work or not. Is try with one, other and other formats that Blender can import. The best is FBX and OBJ but some times fails works but whitout textures, missing poligons or directly no model appears in the view of blender or is ultra small less < 1 nm...

Cinema 4D autodetect de System Language. Well, press OK, by default is English.

One is a zip with installer and the other a Guide in Deutschland

Unzip the Zip and inside there is the installer, in my case it doesn't ask for the language (auto detects). I use Windows 7, maybe that's why it doesn't ask for language.

If you can't install it, try to download an old version, Maxon doesn't offer old versions but you can find an old version on any website, the program always installs it in 30-day DEMO unless you enter a key.

It doesn't cost much to google the problem of the language, I searched but only find solution for MAC OS.
