CTRL+P for parenting not working reliably
Hi!

I try to parent several object to another empty object by shift-selecting them and selecting the parent last. Then I press ctrl+p and klickl on parent to object. Sometimes only one object is moven to the parent, sometimes it does not work at all and the parent menu is all greyed out (even though I have several objects selected).
Any help would be greatly appreciated!

Never happens to me...

Try to drag an object into object (on right menu), select the inverse triangle of child and drag into the inverted triangle of parent. (Manual method) (this method only works one by one and I don't know if works with bones)

I got the feeling u already have some groups or parents goings maybe? Enable display relationship lines on the numberpanel with the N-key. Also select the items u wanna group or parent and press ALT+P keep transformation and size or whatever its called.

Then try again your parenting.

May I ask for a screenshot? I use parenting and groups alot, and didnt get a problem yet.
