How to cut holes in a mesh
So I am modeling this PPS 43 and I have run into an issue. I canot cut these heat vents. I tried boolean but when I cut out the shape it leaves the shapes object inside and I have to delete it. Also boolean ♥♥♥♥♥ up my verts and the model loses its shape.

Try subdividing and deleting the faces. That's what I usually do.
