Go Start -- Control Panel -- Programs and Features. See if Python is here.
then go into Control Panel -- Advanced system settings -- Environment Variables. Find something that related to Python.
¯\_(ツ)_/¯
I think you might need to have it installed for addons. Google it some more if you need to.
What am I doing wrong now? I mean this is a nice change to see but I don't have a clue what it means.
To solve it your best approach would be to learn more regarding the error and troubleshoot it.
My advice would be to google the first and second errors - others must have already experienced similar problems and likely posted solutions online.
You could also download the non steam blender direct from blender website and test that and see if add-ons work.

I have looked up the troubleshoots and the error messages. The answers I get are either not detailed enough for a noob like me or they just end with no answers.
I tried using python's 64 bit version, that didn't work, so I removed it and installed the 32 bit version, still didn't work. This is why I'm posting here. With more people using blender because of vrchat I was banking my hopes on steam help.
Oh right.
Sorry, I did read your full post but must have forgot that you had switched to the website blender during your efforts.
While my suggestion to hit google might not have been helpful either there must be some evidence of that issue up on search results but it might take some rephrasing of the search terms until you find a match.
There are a few people on this blender steam sub-forum that have a lot of experience with the Blender software but unless one of them has had the misfortune to run into the same problem(s) as you, then I suspect that most here won't have a solution for you.
Just to clarify, can you clearly state the exact errors you get currently AND the exact addons that you are using or trying to use.
I will see if I can replicate your issue.
Also your systems specs would be useful eg what cpu, ram, hdd, gpu and gpu drivers.

Edit: Also the OS you are using and if it is Win10, did your computer do an update when you originally 'went to do rl things' ?
If you are on a Windows OS, you may benefit from looking in the OS folders which store data relating to Blender such as the %appdata% areas - maybe this is where things have become corrupt and that could be why even reinstalling and then switch from steam blender to website blender resulted in still having the same issues - eg the appdata files for blender were still the same corrupt ones due to the uninstall not removing them and the steam and website version of blender sharing the same appdata folders... I am speculating but this could be possible.
First of all, if you had them working before and didn't install Python then, you shouldn't need it installed now. My guess would be that you somehow installed the addons incorrectly when you tried to reinstall them. You might have to go over the documentation again to see if you missed a step when setting them up again.
Then you said "I've triple checked that everything is up to date". That could actually cause an issue as well. Sometimes people stop maintaining their addons, and things break in newer versions of Blender. I did a little bit of googling myself, and for one of those addons I did see a suggestion that said addon had been abandoned and that the guy had to go back to Blender 2.77 or something. I don't know how accurate this is, and since you already had them working it might not apply in this case.
As far as installing Python, how well did you read that thread I linked last night? I didn't have time to elaborate, and I was hoping you'd pick up on the fact that you may need to install a specific version of Python. If you went and installed Python 2.x after reading that thread without checking which version Blender currently uses (that was an old thread if you payed attention) then that might cause an issue. I checked (very quickly) and it seems that Blender currently uses 3.x version of Python. So if you just installed the newest version of Python (and did it correctly) then that probably is the right version. I still have doubts about whether this is the cause of your issue or not though. You'd have to read through all relevant documentation for your addons to see if you are required to install Python.
Here are some more links for you to read through that might be of use. I just googled "blender error numpy" to find this stuff. Because that was one of the commonalities of the errors in your picture.
https://blenderartists.org/forum/showthread.php?384042-Numpy-error-when-trying-to-install-addons
https://blender.stackexchange.com/questions/61980/numpy-in-blender-2-77a
https://blender.stackexchange.com/questions/5737/no-module-called-numpy
I have no clue about what any of your addons are for, with the exception of make human. I have a little bit of an inkling of what that one is. I have played with the make human program, but not the plugin, which I assume is somehow related to the program I refer to.
Anyways, I would suggest to you that you don't need any of these addons to use Blender. I've never used them. Probably some majority of Blender users have never used them either. If you really want to learn 3d, you certainly don't need these addons.
You might not have much luck posting here. There are under or about 10 people posting in these forums who have displayed proficiency with Blender, if I remember correctly when I think of who I've seen posting. I don't know if any of them code with Python, which could be of help in reading the error messages. And I don't recall anyone displaying any knowledge of this VRchat thing. That would seem to be something fairly new.
You might have better luck trying here: https://blender.stackexchange.com/
I had them working fine the first time around. Then I had to close blender and deal with stuff outside my pc for a while. I came back and started blender only to find the addons weren't appearing in the side bar. So I DEACTIVATED them and then tried to REACTIVATE them. When that failed, that is when I uninstalled the addons and tried to reinstall them. I did the VERY same steps reinstalling them as I did when I first installed them. So I don't think I messed up installing them the second time, I even rewatched the video that showed me how to install them while I was installing them. The problem seems to have began once I deactivated them, which I only did because I could no long find those two tabs in the side bar.
It isn't that I don't believe you, just that it doesn't make sense for them to be working, then just stop working, without anything on your computer changing. Unless the addons themselves are just buggy and sort of broken in some way.
If they are not buggy, then you would assume that something changed on your computer somehow in between them working then not working. Maybe installing another program or something, or a Windows update.
You seem to have ignored wellen's post. If you post the stuff he's asking for, he too might be able to help you out. And I think what wellen says about the Win10 updates and the %appdata% folder is very much worth looking into. That could be the "invisible" change to your computer that could screw things up.
It might be worth it to just uninstall Python from your machine and try out wellen's route with %appdata%, before continuing with this Python route. If the addons were working before without installing Python, then logically I don't think you'd need it now, right? So let's uninstall Python. Also uninstall all versions of Blender, the Steam and non-Steam versions.
Then, to (potentially) fix what wallen is talking about, open the run dialog. It is under accessories in the start folder, or you can hit the windows key plus the R key to open it. That is for Windows 7, it might be opened from a slightly different location on Windows 10. I don't have Windows 10 though so I couldn't tell you exactly where if it was in a different spot.
Anyways, once you have the run dialog open, type in %appdata% and hit okay. If you typed it in right it will open a file explorer window and you should be in a location that looks something like this: C:\Users\GlaDos\AppData\Roaming
Instead of GlaDos, yours will be the name of your computer. FInd the "Blender Foundation" folder and then delete it. So now, Python is uninstalled, Blender is uninstalled, and this folder was deleted from %appdata%, and you should be able to start clean. So now you can reinstall Blender (either version, but my preference would be that you don't use the Steam version) and your addons and see what happens. If you still get any errors, then please screenshot them or write down the error message exactly and post the info back on here.
