Bone rotation makes mesh shrink in size. PLZ help.
I am new to blender so this is probably some stupid mistake i am making but I have this bolt action rifle that I am trying to do a reload animation on and whenever I try to rotate a bone it shrinks a part of the reloading mechanism.

This usually mean that you've weighed the shrinking mesh to more than one bone and one of the bones isn't moving. For example, weighting the mesh of the lower arm to both the upper arm and the lower arm bone, Everything moves ok if you rotate the upper arm bone only, but if you rotate the lower arm, the mesh on the lower arm begins to shrink because of the influence of the upper arm bone on the shrinking mesh.

Ohhhh thank you so much, Ive been trying to figure this out for like 2 days and now its fixed.
