Or use Ctrl + PrtScr (or PrtScr ) to take a proper screen shot and upload that to either your Personal Steam Artwork or a picture service (like imgur (also free) and provide a link. It is really hard to see the menu setting you have on the bottom of your screen. (too much reflective light)
Second, have you tried using the
File - User Preferences - Themes (Tab), Reset to Default Setting (Button at the bottom of the Window), tthen Save User Settings Buttons?
I think its absurd to install a screen capture program when windows has several ways to capture screen (the same for linux and mac). The mouse will not be seen but I think its not necessary in this case, we perfectly understand the problem just by speaking. Example, modeling problem could help a screenshot. Although that is my opinion. I would have thought that its an OpenGL problem because it has happened to me but with other programs. If you have solved... other users what happens the same will know how to solve it. It's curious because the HDR is the range of colors, it should not affect, or it's "WINDOWS Ten"
