First Person Perspective?
I've been looking for a way to have a first person camera for so ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ long now, but all i keep finding is how to move the camera in fly mode etc. I want a second window like in the pic https://imgur.com/MglNtXK

How the hell do i do this? Thanks in advance.

That is just a standard camera, possibly rigged to the model.
To look through a camera press numpad 0 (zero). To then move the camera with the view, open the right side menu ("n") tick "lock camera to view".

If that's not what you are looking for please be more specific.

I want a second camera to be locked in a first person perspective, making it look like from a certain person's eyes, or how it would look like in-game. I've highlighted it in the pic even https://imgur.com/yqSpNsW

As I already said, that is just a standard camera in that second window. There is no "first person perspective" in Blender (other than fly mode, which you already dismissed above). Just place the camera where the eyes would be and you have your first person perspective. Not sure what else to tell you.
