Report a translation problem
You probably dont have enough subdivisions on the mesh for the sculpt to show. Use the multiresolution modifier NOT THE SUBSURF

Even so,I don't recommend using mouse to work with sculpting ,I am also using a tablet as well for sculpting.
A tablet or mouse is just what u prefer, I have seen people using a mouse and have just as good sculpts as people with tablets.
Edit: Okay, I found it. Thanks. Still trying to make strokes though.
