Also change the tab on the right called "Blender" to 3ds max.
Make sure you click "Save User Settings" when done!
i mean the shortcut are diffrent from what i learn from 3ds max. (some of it)
As mentioned above, you can change some of the Mouse/Key Inputs to match 3ds max's. This should make it more comfortable to learn Blender perhaps? Not sure, i currently use both Blender and Maya together hand in hand.
Just a note, it's not clear in what you actually want. But there are tons of fantastic tutorials out there, to start off you can watch this: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=JYj6e-72RDs

You say you use both Blender and Maya... do you have Blender set to Maya controls? if so, does this cause any issues for you with some tools not working or 3rd party add-ons being designed around the Default Blender set-up?
cheers
Alright just tried it out. There seem to be a few problems(Extrude being CTRL + E in Maya, H to hide, etc) don't work, these can be changed in the input manager so not a big deal. But all the core keys(QWER, 12345, F to focus, X grid snap, V vert snap, etc) and mouse inputs work as intended. As far as 3rd party add-ons, if your inputs are correct then you shouldn't have any problems using them.
