Missing File Privileges (Update)

I can't update the application because it says I'm missing file privileges. I am an admin, and I tried restarting my computer. I'm using Windows 10.

you run steam as admin by right clicking steam on your start menu and left click 'run as administrator'.

I don't have this option...
maybe because I didn't pay something yet on steam

On Windows Operating System, any program shortcut on Start Menu should have Right Click choice 'run as admin'

Running as admin didnt work for me...Still get the message

I followed the message where it said the file was denying access at and its called "filmic" Any time I click on it it says "Access is denied" I dont know what to do here

Can you paste full error message here?

Also, are you able to try from an admin rights windows user profile?

If still stuck maybe twitch stream will make it easier and quicker to resolve if you want.
