However, I have worked on a model, namely Drogoz, also from Paladins, and that model had * blue* lines in it at random spots, although I never had any issues with that and ignored it.
The model was fine after export and compiling.
Do these colored lines serve a function of any sort?
I am honestly as curious.
Those marked as blue in the second post are probably marked as sharp, which can be used in a few different ways.
You don't want to mess with those, the seams allow the model to unwrap to the current UV map.
AFAIK you can delete them after the unwrap is done and it will still work fine. Works in Blender, SP2, and Unity with the seams deleted after unwrapping.
That it not to say I recommend deleting them on a project as you would have to mark them all again if you ever wanted to alter the model or change it's current UV layout! So it's best to do as Pte says and leave them alone!
