Which version of blender is this? (64, or 32 bit?)
It's in the 32 bit folder, but the python console says it's a 64 bit python. How can it be both?

The folder is irrelevant:
Have a look where your 64bit Steam games are located on a 64bit Windows computer...
Notice that 64bit games reside in the 32bit Program Files directory?

The only info I can find, is that python is 64 bit. It says nothing about if blender is 32 or 64 bit. Should I just assume it's 64 bit blender?

If you are on Windows you can open up Task Manager and go to the Processes tab.
This will show you which version of Blender you are running.

If it is 32bit it will say 'blender.exe *32'
If it is 64bit it will say 'blender.exe'

EDIT: I just fired it up to check, it is 'blender.exe' meaning it installs 64-bit on 64-bit OS installs.
