Weird FPS Stutter

Hello guys and gals, I recently got this game after picking it up on the psvita and wanting to play it on my pc, however, I have noticed absolutely atrocious stuttering in this game and it usually during the most inconvient times. I'm talking like 2 second stutter, makes the game unplayable. Any fixes?
