POSSIBLE SOLUTION when trying to buy premium credits in-game

So, I've been trying this for 4 days to no avail...until just now, finally worked. I was getting the "store is empty" error. I'm on Windows 10. Here's what I did to finally make it work.

First, have the UPlay and Steam overlays both enabled. These were enabled by default for me. I tried disabling them, first one, then the other, then both, and none of that helped.

Second, you need to edit the two Windows Firewall rules that the game adds when you install it. To do that:

1) Right click your internet icon (wifi or ethernet) and select "Open Network & Internet Settings"
2) Next, click "Windows Firewall" (right above "Network Reset") at the bottom of the window.
3) Click "Advanced Settings" (once again, second option from the bottom.)
4) Select "Inbound Rules" on the left side
5) In the list in the middle, scroll down (it's alphabetic) to "Tom Clancy's The Division 2." You should have 2 of these.
6) Right click the first rule, and select "Properties"
7) On the "Advanced" tab, you need to select "Allow Edge Traversal" from the drop down list.
8) Repeat steps 6 and 7 for the other rule. (One is TCP, the other is UDP - I don't know if both are actually required, but do both anyway.)
9) Relaunch the game and try to buy some credits in the in-game store. It should work now.

FYI, you can buy the same Premium Credits on Ubisoft's own web site in a browser, but that won't allow you to pay using Steam. Using the in-game store does allow you to pay using Steam. Kinda important if you're buying them with a gift card.
