Hey there,

Thanks for reaching out.

Please could you provide more details on the issue?

Are you referring to RAM or VRAM?

May we please know your PC specs too (GPU, CPU, RAM, OS, Laptop / Desktop) as well as troubleshooting steps[ubi.li] you've already attempted, including disabling the Ubisoft Connect overlay[ubi.li]?

Thank you!

Every time I play a ubisoft game no matter what game it is from ubisoft on the steam deck when the RAM hits 14.2 gb the games immediately go from 60fps to 1fps and then the game freezes it stays frozen for a couple minutes and then the screen goes black it stays like that for a couple minutes and then after that the steam deck always hard restarts every time. I haven't been able to play any of my ubisoft games for 2 weeks now and I am a loyal customer to ubisoft I have all of your assassins creed games and tom clancy games but have not been able to play them at all since the update. I already have valves dev team looking into it and I haven't heard back from them since. Can you please help us out. I know you don't fully support the steam but you guys have made a lot more money since the deck came out so in my opinion you should support the steam deck. And I have one other favor to ask I would be grateful if you could get ghost recon breakpoint playable on steam deck now that would make day.

And yes I have turned off the ubisoft connect overlay as well. I have also reimaged the steam deck, I check my internet connection, I factory reset the steam deck, I have tried community fixes, I checked my charging cables and a whole lot of other stuff and none of them worked at all.

*Some 256GB and 512GB models ship with a PCIe Gen 3 x2 SSD. In our testing, we did not see any impact to gaming performance between x2 and x4.

Just so you know I have the 256 gb model steam deck.
