DZ is just full of Wallhack+Aimbot Chinese cheaters..

I know this game has been most likely abandoned by Ubi since The Division 2, but damn, DZ, though only a number of people I met there, they were just a bunch of hackers..
People and their Manhunt group (probs a carry group) shot me through a solid wall meters away from me. Like, it's been a week since the game is free and already counted 4 encounters with different Chinese hackers..

Kinda interested with this game as I invested my time to grind for builds, and thinking about DV2, but how's the hacker there? I mean, Midtown Manhattan is so "small" that I could easily run into hackers.

Div2 is the same with the rampant cheating but i div 2 you can forget those DZ exist and play in LZ. lots of thing to play in LZ. Glad massive stop pandering to pvp

You didn't read my post at all. I literally said they shot me through the the solid wall (so it's not ESP Wallhack, though most likely he used it too), a building in intersection. Imagine there's a wall in your right side, and the bullets just came from that wall/approximately 1o'clock direction, so the bullets get through 2 layers of wall.

You didn't read my post at all. I literally said they shot me through the the solid wall (so it's not ESP Wallhack, though most likely he used it too), a building in intersection. Imagine there's a wall in your right side, and the bullets just came from that wall/approximately 1o'clock direction, so the bullets get through 2 layers of wall.

Chinese are a feature of the game so he's technically not wrong

"shot trough wall" can be due lag. npc bots shoot me trough walls, sometimes.
although, i heard lag hacks exist, so idk what was you case.

also some collision object might be bugged and the players might know about it and abuse it.

also this game does not render like a proper game. your client interprets limited data sent by the server and speculates a "picture" of it, which might be wrong by many reasons. what you see, might not be what they see.

i havent been in the dz yet, cause this game is competitively uncapable. i dont know if there are cheaters or not, but i know what im talking about.

You are either naive and having not been in the dark zone with a cheater present you really do not know what you are talking about, being killed by a player hiding in an in accessible feature with 1 shot from 3 blocks away is not a bug or rendering issue it is a manufactured cheat engine!

Aimbots are prevalent as are RPM boosts beyond a builds capability. Just look at youtube and you will see how many cheats are available and being used in The Division. The game itself is fantastic but the moderation of cheaters is appalling.

No, you don't know what you're talking about, you can't even tell the difference between legit player, lagger, and plain cheater... you haven't even been in DZ, smh, what are you doing?? Once a player kills you, the camera, from your dead body, will instantly focus on your killer until you press the respawn button (not killcam like in Call of Duties, but like in Battlefield 3). That's why I know instantly that he shot me through the walls as he went to loot my body about 5-10seconds after he killed me and the camera just focused on his (or their, as I encountered 4 different cheaters until this original post using a same hack, and yes before you're make another assumption, they're Chinese as their mic were open) movement.

My title is "DZ is just full of Wallhack+Aimbot Chinese cheaters", so it's about cheaters, you talk as if I don't know what is legit, what's the feature and what not. Before replying in the forum, you should read the post completely and its context, that is basic, not just reply based on its title... also mind you, that you are replying a 1 month old post, and 2 weeks since the last reply, I'm not sure why, but clearly, even in my newb hours playtime which now I left completely, I already experienced and probably progressed more.
