Lmao what game are you even playing.
Dark zone is filled with cheaters. Not the "i have crafted an specific build to counter yours" but the obvious aimlocking superspeed tping instadeath type of losers. Shame really, but it is what it is.
Ubi doesnt care about banning them even if direct video footage is uploaded via support. I even encountered yesterday one. So please, lmao. This is nothing new.
To the OP: buy it for a cheap price. PvE (solo / with friends) its still worth it among any DLC content like survival etc.
Absolutely story rich games is what makes gaming fun. Gaming through the experience and discovering the game world actively. Those would have been cool interactions. I was constantly walking up to the Faye Lau and the other department head in the Base of operations hoping to trigger conversation scene as the game was progressing.
And, it appears the map literally tells them where to go. I've never entered the Dark Zone, and have no desire to, but it appears to me that the map shows where there is activity. Many times, it's just dark, but then other times have sections of it flashing red. I am assuming that is giving away where something important is happening.
I might go in naked just to look around. Cost me nothing to die to an NPC or player, if I have nothing of value on.
i like it pretty much,
also, as i mentioned before, there is no hackers. these guys who complaining about cheaters just cant get into proper builds for pvp.
Bro, I've literally watched videos of people actually cheating. It exists. I won't play PvP games where cheaters can take the stuff I worked hard to get.
It doesn't bother me if a few, or a lot of people cheat in, for instance, Bf2042. I still do well, and never lose my stuff I've earned.
I will never play PvP extraction shooters. They attract the cheaters for the very reason that they get to take your stuff.
The guy literally posted a video, showing how some people do think legit players are cheating, and some thought he cheated. I've been there. I'm very good at PvP. I get accused. I know the difference between cheating and not.
I played HLL. People did cheat. But yes, some people think just because they can't explain they died, it must have been cheating. I was literally the best tanker in WWIIOL, told this by the Devs themselves. I had many accusations.
That doesn't mean people don't cheat. If it's an online video game, there's some cheating.
I have no beef with you. I'm sure you may believe there is no cheating problem, or not much of one. But many guys I respect, thought the same thing about Tarkov, before that got exposed.

EDIT: By the way, when g0at exposed Tarkov cheating, one who was exposed was a big streamer, and his excuse was that he couldn't be bothered by extraction point campers. That's not a good excuse to cheat.
this video related to div2.
Doesn't matter. Div1 is older, so harder to find videos, because if you search for THE DIVISION, you get Div2 videos, but cheaters are even more likely in Div1, because it's not getting the support the newer game is.
I agree with N7_Shadow, cheaters who play extraction shooter games, like both of The Division games, do more damage to players because of the rewards they can retrieve after preying on normal players.
To be fair, I only saw cheaters a couple of times in The Division 1 when it first came out in 2016. Since then, I stopped playing in the Dark Zone after a couple of encounters and focused on the PvE side of the game. As for The Division 2's Dark Zone, I have no idea, because I haven't set foot inside. But I would guess the likelihood of cheaters in The Division 2 is just as high as in any other online game.
In games like Battlefield 2042, cheaters are usually next to useless if your team is good. Just report them and move on.
