Sleeper Agent Collectors Edition

Does anyone know if the Sleeper Agent Edition contain the National Guard Gear DLC that is part of the Gold Edition as seen here on Steam?
I couldn´t find the information over at amazon nor on the offical site.

I really want to have that sweet sweet Sleeper Agent Edition.

I don´t buy CE that much but The Division is a game that had me from the get go. So i´ll order the CE and hope to get the"exclusive" Gold dlc later.

i think ubisoft will release it later seperatly, cuz when you look at other games the previously exclusive stuff was always later added for other interested people to buy, like the Dishonored stuff albeit its a different dev but they pretty much roll the same anyways.

You might actually get it in the season pass, but i think Watch dogs had some exclusive dlc that no one got later.
