Crashing on startup without error. Just doesn't loading.

UC was updated, game doesn't work. PC, files checked.

Found something (works for me): "uninstall and re-install Ubisoft connect. Do not launch it after re-installing. launch Notepad from the start menu by right-clicking on it and selecting “Run as administrator” Navigate to the root folder of Ubisoft Connect from within Notepad, possibly “C:\Program Files (x86)\Ubisoft\Ubisoft Game Launcher”, open “Version.txt” , change the number to 11374, save the file and exit Notepad. Launch The Division 1 as you normally would"
