EA came up with it, that should have tipped you off.
A lot of video games/engines have rather absurd names. I thought "Unreal" sounded silly, same with "Havok" (physics engine, but point still stands).
I'd say I was at an 8. Though now that I'm responding to your comment seconds after it posted I may have to bump that to a 9.5 if not a hard 10.
