I too am curious as someone from my team did sidequests in my world.
Now im unable to pick up those Echo's.

Ahhh, derp, read that as MAIN.

And no, you cannot. Only Main missions.

It would be nice to have more Bounties and randomly appearing Encounters, and more Strongholds. Dynamic Events, as well.

Well, for me it wont let me get 2 echo's from hells kitchen

I've got the same damn problem. I need Judy's Echos and I can't get 2 or 5 and it's pissing me off. Although the echo markers are on the map, I can't get them.
