Best missions for farming?

I just hitted 30 lvl

Do your daily missions, You will get 3 a day two hard and one challenge they will reward you with phoneix credits that you can use to buy yellow gear and blueprints (Buy the blueprints over the gear)
If you wanna farm missions any that you can do on hard, Or hit up the DZ get ranks and buy the purples with the DZ cash while farming named mobs for more phoneix credits and start doing challenge modes.

Is is nessory to max all wings for open last skills? Are too good? Dont want farm 1000 resources(

There are two vendors, One is in your base he will be at the top of the stairs and to your left right next to the station where you can reroll item stats in the tech wing. The other one is in the very top DZ area but you need DZ rank 50 to buy from him.

You dont need to max them all, The expansion that cost 1000 in each wing opens its signiture skill, So the tech upgrade gives the damg / crit boost. you will want to at least get one of them.

Do u mean Base of operations? I do not see him anywhere... only the one is the security side "advance weapon seller"..

Best mission to farm HM/CH.. - Tower relay or w/e it's called. It's short, and very manageable.

yes in the base, when you hit lvl 30 he then shows up but not before and I do not think you need to have any specific upgrade to have him be there but I cannot say for 100% on that as I had my whole base at 100% before I hit 30
