Missing main mission, bug?

I reach the base of the operition, and been told to find three guys to unlock three wings in the base. But I don't have any main quest marks on the map.... is it a bug or I miss any step?
I try to exploit some area and lvl 12 now, but still can't find anything about the three mission to unlock the three wings in the base. Come on Ub, WTF

Open your Map and look for the "GREEN" mission icons. One is the Hospital one block down from the your base. One is the Subway Morgue Mission and the other is the Lincoln tunnel mission. It says right in each wing which missions unlock the people you need to find.

But I don't even have that green icon... I got only side mission and encounter marks on the map.

Your map has no Green Mission markers? Do you have them all turned on? I know there is a Map key option on the map that will usually describe what each icon means and I though everything was on by default. But you might want to check the "key" information and make sure everything is turned on.

If you mouse over icons, there are Green ones relating to the hospital wing meaning you get hospitalo supplies, there is a Blue Shield for the security wing missions and a a Lightning bolt kind of symbol for the Tech wing.

Turn main mission markewrs on on your map, you have disable the markers.

If I group with someone else, the mission marks shows up, but when I leave the group, the marks just gone.... does anyone have the same problem?

Seems very strange. I haven't had any issues as you describe. To use the lap top you press and hold the "F" key. You then get a panel that pops up showing you that you now have unlocked a heal ability and you get an extra slot for an additional med pack. Setting up the wings and upgrading them is the only way to gain new abilites, skills and perks. So without getting this to work the game will become virtually un-doable for you. Have you tried putting in a support ticket with Uplay or checked the official forums for help?
