If you REALLY want to use voice and have great sound quality to your best bet is to buy a Mix-Amp and probably an Astro Headset.

Yes, I have set these both.
I can agree with this 100% I used to own the 970's I think they were (The wired version of the 930) and they were amazing but after a small part of the plastic snapped I decided to upgrade to the wireless and had nothing but issues with them after from random audio popping in some games to sound cutting in and out in others, It seemed with every update in there software it brought along a new issue.
My fix was: Settings > Audio > Voice Chat Device > Set to your mic's Audio Input Device
The options should match the same list of devices if you opened up Recording Devices in your sound menu on your desktop, ya know that little menu you get if you right click the speaker icon next to your clock on your desktop.
